Pastor John and Lois Walworth have served our church since 2010. As planned, after our service on January 14, 2024, Pastor John retired from the (full-time) Pulpit. Both he and Lois have served our church marvelously and with focus on the Word of God. We are sad to see him leave the Pulpit, but at the same time we are thrilled they will join us in the pew as they plan to continue to join us and remain active members of the church.
We have been so blessed to have them serve our church all these years. Pastor John’s steadfast focus on the Word and their willingness to take part in all of our church activities has been an example for all of us. Our personal relationships are strong, and this church has an atmosphere and culture that is not seen in many churches. Love and humor abound, and the many gifts bestowed on the congregation make light work due to many hands being involved in all sorts of capacities.
Thank you, Pastor John and Lois, for 13 years of love and shepherding. We are honored and blessed to have you now join us in the pew on Sundays.
