As of January 21, 2024, Pastor David E. Owen will begin to serve as our Senior Pastor at Perry Congregational Christian Church. Pastor David comes to us most recently as the Pastor at Northwest Venice Church in Corunna, Michigan. He is also a Chaplain with Heartland/ProMedica Hospice in Flint – a position he will continue to hold while serving as our Pastor.
Pastor David spent most of his 30 years of ministry in North Carolina (where he was born) and Georgia before relocating to Michigan in 2019. Pastor David has two grown sons.
Pastor David is an accomplished bible scholar and expository preacher who sees his role as digging in and exposing the truth in the Holy Scriptures. We are blessed to have Pastor David as our Senior Pastor.
